"From April 2016 Rubek Automatic Doors will include a lifetime warranty on all housings for all models of sliding door operators." This is on top of our standard product warranty that supports our and your clients 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Many other brands have always charged for calls outside of their normal business hours….and still do. Some companies after-hours rates can be huge….. Rubek products save your clients from these after-hours charges. But, even with our recognised superior standard warranty we have still made the decision to increase it substantially for the continued benefit and protection of future Rubek automatic door users. Why are we doing this? To further demonstrate the strength of our products and our commitment to end users of our automatic door operators. When we say 'Lifetime Warranty' we mean for the usable life of the building. We build door operators strong so they do last the distance. And, most importantly, to protect end users from some unscrupulous competitors costing them thousands of dollars in unnecessary operator replacements for the sole reason of selling more product. We are sure you would agree with us that a correctly sized and installed quality door operator housing should never need to be replaced as a maintenance item. Over the years we have seen many brands come and go in Australia leaving clients with products which have little or no back up and support. Now with cheap imported products arriving from China the problem is becoming worse. Some of these models have a lifespan of only 2 years before they are obsolete. The replacement cost can be substantial and in our view is unnecessary.
